UDF Studio — Privacy Policy

1. Overview

UDF Studio is a native macOS and iOS application for viewing, converting, and electronically signing UYAP UDF documents. UDF Studio is designed to be privacy-first: every document you open is processed entirely on your device. We do not operate any server that receives your documents, and we do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.

2. Information We Collect

UDF Studio does not collect any data. The app contains no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no user accounts. We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, location, device identifiers, or usage data.

3. How Your Documents Are Handled

All document operations happen locally on your device:

• Viewing, searching, converting, and merging UDF files is performed entirely on-device.
• Electronic signing uses your device's system smart-card / cryptographic services. Your private keys never leave the secure token, and signatures are created locally.
• Your documents are never uploaded to Eymence LLC or to any third party.

4. In-App Purchases

UDF Studio offers an optional one-time in-app purchase ("UDF Studio Pro") that unlocks additional productivity features. All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment details. Apple provides us only with the purchase status needed to unlock the feature on your devices. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for information about how Apple handles payment data.

5. Third-Party Services

UDF Studio does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. The app relies only on Apple's operating system frameworks.

6. Data Security

Because UDF Studio does not transmit your documents or personal data off your device, your information remains under your control. The app runs inside Apple's App Sandbox and accesses only the files you explicitly open or save.

7. Children's Privacy

UDF Studio is a professional document tool and is not directed at children. In any case, the app does not collect personal information from anyone.
